Havant to Showcase its Business Assets

PETA Engineering Training Centre, Basepoint Business and Innovation Centre and Langstone Technology Park are all due to be paid a visit by various nationwide business community members and mayors from across the country.

Councilor Gerald Shimbart, Mayor of Havant, will be giving delegates a guided tour of the facilities on offer in the town.

Southern Electric has started the recruitment process to take on 200 extra staff members for its call centre in Havant.

The jobs have been created from a new incentive recently announced by Southern Electric to give all customers an annual tariff review and save them money whilst delivering better service.
